3 things that made me smile

- Had a grrrreat yoga session yesterday. Deep stretches which introduced me to new muscles that I never knew I had, ever. Worked the hamstrings and the back feels good as new!
- Took an afternoon nap today – was so busted and fatigued it was a simple but much-appreciated luxury.
- Spicy and thick tom yum soup on a hot afternoon – worth sweating buckets for!
